Simple API/example for copying a File using FTP [message #334092]

Hi,
I tried to look for an Eclipse API that I can use for my plugin where I
just need to copy a workspace file to a remote FTP server. I get
overwhelmed with the complexity of my search results (RSE, EFS, etc) so I
would like to try asking if there's a very simple way of doing this
programmatically. Thanks!
