How to install plugins in a specialized location for Eclipse 3.4 [message #333593]

I think I should install the plugin(it's exactly MyEclipse) instead of
unziping.I'd like to specialize a path for the plugin, but I cannot
find the option to specialize a location in the "Software Update".
