Hi everyone.

Does anyone know if it is possible to create an editor within an swt shell?

For example, can I put have a java editor (the one in the centre of the Eclipse interface) functionality inside a shell.

Cheers.

The Java editor is part of the JDT plugins, so you'll need to do some
reading and research into JDT to understand how to use its editor. Start
here: http://www.eclipse.org/jdt/
Also, the eclipse.tools.jdt newsgroup will be a good place for specific
questions (I've copied that group on this response).

Hope this helps,
Eric
