I got the subject error doing these things:
Installed the eclipse 3.3 SDK,
in the update manager I pointed to the europa update site
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/europa/,
selected Web Standard tools Project 2.0.1 got this error:
Requested operation cannot be performed because it would invalidate the
current configuration. See details for more information.
WST Common UI (2.0.1.v200709110622-7C5EH2E9RvTVnijrspVz0bgOmfz-) requires
plug-in "org.eclipse.core.runtime.compatibility (3.1.100)", or equivalent.
Clicked select required, some emf plugins and graphical editing framework
were selected, but the above error remained. I found a jar file named
org.eclipse.core.runtime.compatibility-3.1.100.jar and copied it to my
plugins folder. That didn't help either. Where do I find this plugin?
