If you have ever received this dialog you would be familiar with what I am
referring too but I am assuming that I get the dialog based on a CVS or SVN
update and the line delimiters on the incoming file are mixed.

It then warns me that I should convert the line delimiters using the
FILE>Convert Line Delimiters To... menu
