Ddevelopment of new Extension - not picked up by run-time workbench [message #319833]

Make sure to use -clean and check the .log for potential problems.

Cannot be picked up by the runtime workbench in what way? Do you mean
you launch a runtime workbench and you cannot see your extension point
if you try and use it? If so that's a known limitation.
