nature not installing the builder or adding to the buildSpec [message #319457]

Eclipse User

I have a builder associated with my nature, and when my nature is
installed, the builder is not added to the buildSpec. However, for
grins I added it manually (to the buildSpec) and it worked?

I was under the impression that the nature installed associated builder
at the time the nature was installed, or is this something I have to do
as well.

My nature is installed from a WTP facet, and the nature installes fine,
just no builder,

any ideas?
