ContentAssist popup is not navigating to items in the list [message #314902]

I seem to be missing the ability to provide navigation inside the
ContentAssist popup. When I type chars the new chars are entered as text in
the sourceViewer and nothing occurs inside the popup. What ContentAssist
calls need to be made in order provide the character based navigation inside
the popup to happen?

Well the arrow keys and page keys work, just not the char keys to go to an
item in the list. I am using CompletionPropasal classes in the
IContentAssistProcessor.
