Mark,
I'm not sure why you would be seeing this. The only conversion ever
performed by the Eclipse CVS client is the other way (i.e. when
committing from Windows, the CRLF is converted to a LF). When checking
out on windows, the incoming LFs are converted to CRLF but on Unix, no
conversion takes place.
