It should be in your installation.
http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/FAQ_How_do_I_find_a_partic ular_class_from_an_Eclipse_plug-in%3F

You can use that to find the plugin it comes from (that'll help narrow
your CVS search).

This won't help much since the launcher is not shipped in a plug-in but
in the startup.jar.

AFAIK it's in 'org.eclipse.platform'

PS:the sources of native eclipse or eclipse.exe on windows are in
"platform-launcher"
