All these projects build *without* errors as projects. They also build
into the update site without errors if I build them one by one. However,
if I 'build all' I get a compilation errors because plugin B imports
cannot be resolved in plugin code. Does anyone know what could be up?

Does the plugin A feature require the plugin B feature?

dependency is stated in the config dependencies section as a feature (as
opposed to a plugin) dependency.
