It's a new feature for 3.2 and it's still under construction. There
should be something concrete with more info in 3.2M5. If you want to
investigate, check out one of the latest I-builds (just don't overwrite
your 320M4 installation :-)

IDynamicMenu has been pulled from 3.2 development. There was not enough
time to finish it before the API freeze.
