im using eclipse with epic for perl development, i have alot of files i
need to work on that dont have any file extension at all, so eclipse
doesnt enable perl support for them, like it does with the files that end
in .pl
is there any workaround for this? a way for me to specify the files are
perl files regardless of the extension would be great.
thanks!

Yes, you can define a content type and associate that with your perl editor.
Search help for "content type", and it will explain it and point you to
the extension docs.
