Ordering types in Types View [message #28837] Thu, 24 February 2005 15:34

Hi

I have a question about the Types View. It lists Types by alphabetical
order. I find this often less than useful, because a package often
contains little clusters of type-heirarchy -- I want to see a view which
reflects this.

Filtering to show "Non-public types" is a step in the right direction but
not really the thing.

I've also tried using the Hierarchy View, with the current package as a
working set, and "Focusing On..." java.lang.Object, but eclipse didn't
seem to like that ;).

At the moment i am reduced to switching between Hierarchy and Types Views.
Is there a better way?!

Many thanks in advance,

Paul.
