in which cases will those build menu items be disabled? [message #285613]

i use wizard to create a plugin project. but i find i can't build it.(i
have deleted the META-INF folder,i want to write those info in
plugin.xml), those build menu items are disabled. i found in many cases
those menu items are disabled even if i currently select the proejct node
, why?

sorry, i found the problem,because i have checked the auto build menu item
