I am new with PDE and i have some troubles with the views and its menus:

org.eclipse.ui.views, and the class which i have related extends ViewPart. I
know how to add local menu, but i dont know how to add the global menu of
Eclipse, I mean New, Open, Open With... I dont even know if it exists this
concept of Global menu.
I have tried with the viewerContribution, but it didnt work ( maybe i didnt
do )
Another question about the same: if i create an objectContribution with some
actions for IFile, should they appear in all Views??? because it doesnt
appear in my view!!!
