Show Content Footer Only on Last Page - URGENT [message #262403]

and total page properties aren't available until after run time and
before render time.

IIRC, the AutoText fields are just "placeholders" that get replaced at
render time. The only way I can think of doing this is to write an
emitter that write out the image reference on the last page, and only
use that emitter for that one report.

See if Jason comes back with something, if not, submit this as an
enhancement or bug.

You need to add the image to the table footer instead of adding it to
the master page.

hi Sergio, I'm with Snjeza. To get it done urgently, put the whole
report in a table or a grid, and just include the image in the last row
of the grid, or the footer of the table. That will get you going for now.

report. If a single grid is put into the report, and then all
tables/grids are put in cells, with the image in a final cell, that
should do it, except it wont appear as a "page footer".

Hah, that was the first thing I tried, and completely ignored it when it
didn't duplicate the issue :)-

Hi Sergio, I'm trying to solve exactly the same problem. I absolutely need
to have the page footer on the last page different from previous pages. If
you find any useful solution, I would appreciate the information from you.
If there was the possibility to divide BIRT document into logical sections,
similar to MS Word document sections, then it would be easy to define
different footers for different document sections. But I believe, that such
solutions hasn't been implemented yet and I don't know if it it's in
development plan or not.

My problem is similar, I need not to show the footer on last page. I am using MASTER/FOOTER, the option to show footer on last page=false is not working. Any idea why? Posting here because it looks to relate to this problem.
