Hi. I am new to BIRT and am trying create a report with 3 Report
Parameters. 1 static parameter which the user will enter. Based on this
parameter, report parameter 2 would have a list (from a dataset, in
combobox form) for the user to select, and based on both report parameter
1 & 2, report parameter 3 would have a list (from another dataset, in
combobox form) for user to select.
I have tried using static parameter for parameter 1, cascading parameters
for 2 & 3. However, it seems that parameter 2 & 3 does not gets updated
when the parameters are updated with the values.
I cannot find the "Link to Report Parameter" in the Dataset "Edit ->
Parameters" properties. I can only add the report parameter as default
value.
By the way, the 2 datasets are calling stored procedures in the database.
Finally, I am being confined to BIRTH 2.1.0 version (due to compatibility
with current report template).
Would appreciate some help in getting this report to work.
