How do I test my eclipse plugin junit tests without running eclipse

I'm getting this:

run_pde_tests:

[java] Java Result: 13

What does 13 mean?

I can get this to work on Eclipse 3.3 but not 3.4. What has changed between
the versions that would make a difference?
