Hi,

I need to back up the "local history" for my eclipse project. However, I
don't want to copy my entire eclipse project / installation in order to
achieve this.

I would be very grateful if someone could point me to where the local
history is stored, and which files are relevant.

I'm using eclipse 2.1.1 standalone in a windows environment. We love the
local history feature btw - just recently started using it in our project.

Thanks in advance

I believe that it is stored in
"<workspace>/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.resources/.history ". You
probably want to double-check that yourself, however.

cheers,
