What kind of Resource is most suitable for model/diagram without file storage? [message #25461]

Eclipse User

I need to generate an overview diagram for some domain specific files and
dependencies between them. I don't want to store results between sessions
but Resource is capable of load/save functionality by default. What kind
of Resource should I use to create such model and diagram(or perhaps I can
manage without Resources at all)?
