Override default behaviour of the IDE startup [message #254441]

Hello,

I have created my view and I show / hide the view programatically.
Everything works fine till I close the view before I close the IDE. If the
view is open and the IDE is closed ... then Eclipse opens the view when
the IDE startsup the next time.

I want to override this functionality ... I dont want Eclipse to show my
view at the startup ... is there any way to acheive this functionality.

I even want to know is there some notification that we get when all the
views and everything has got loaded and made visible at the startup time.

Any help is appreciated
