Create svn repository from svn plugin [message #253208] Fri, 04 April 2008 18:17 Go to next message

Hello Group,

I installed the svn plugin to eclipse.

I have following questions

1. How do I configure web browser from eclipse, because when I do a
search for a question, eclipse says "Can not start browser none
configured."

2. How do I create repository from svn. I have to get my files from
Svn+ssh://<svn server name>/.......

3. Can I install packages before doing gmake. I need to do them once I
download my application from internal site.

4. Once I opened my svn repository, I clicked or did something and it got
lost. I can not seem to recover that.

Thanks.

I thought eclipse has a browser integrated? What happens if you do
"help"->"contents"?

Usually this would be Open Perspective-> Svn Repository Explorin. In the
"SVN Repository View" you can add your repositories.

Then you probably deleted it?

I use the "subversive" plugin, I can recommend it. Also: Look in the
Help pages, and read the SVN book.
