Hi,
I've installed Eclipse Europa 3.0 version: 3.3.0 Build id: =
I20070625-1500. When I clisk 'Open Perspective' I can't see the 'J2EE =
Perspective'. But when I checked the configuration details the WST and =
JEE pluginsa are available and enabled. Even I can't create Web Projects =
coz there no option for J2EE Projects. Could somebody please help.

Hi Tilak. When you go Help/Feature Details, do you see a Feature Name of
J2EE Standard Tools (JST)? If not, that's the one you need. The WST has
some other stuff (XML, I think).

The simplest thing to do is just to download the Eclipse IDE for Java EE
Developers at http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/.

Also make sure you are running Eclipse with Java 5 or above. This has
been discussed many times here, so Google can help you find the details
of how to do that if you don't already know.
