In the File menu the "Print" action is not activated. And I didn't found
how to activate it ... it could be useful to print some documents :-) ...

Open it in an editor then you can print.

If you mean an Eclipse editor, then it is the case and the print menu is
disable yet ...
Where is the configuration windows for printer is Eclipse ?

This works for me if I use one of the editors from the Eclipse SDK (e.g.
Text or Java editor): the File > Print... menu becomes enabled.

There is no printer configuration in Eclipse. As Dani said, printing
"just works" if you have opened a file. What kind of file are you
looking at?
