So I'm trying to use Eclipse 3.3.1.1 for J2EE and when I try to open the
EXE, it tells me that "Version 1.4.2_03 of the JVM is not suitable for
this product. Version: 1.5 or greater is required."
The only problem is that I don't even have 1.4.2_03 installed on my
machine. I do have 1.6.0_02 and 1.6.0_03.
I am also wondering what the best way to store and use both Eclipse for
Java and Eclipse for J2EE on my machine is. I currently have the Eclipse
for Java folder in my Program Files folder, and Eclipse for J2EE on my
desktop.
FYI, I already searched for an answer but got nothing.

That page shows how to use eclipse.ini to specify a JVM for Eclipse.
That is by far the best way to configure Eclipse so that it always uses
exactly what JVM you want it to.
Hope this helps,
