for Java folder in my Program Files folder, and Eclipse for J2EE on my
desktop.
FYI, I already searched for an answer but got nothing.

That page shows how to use eclipse.ini to specify a JVM for Eclipse.
That is by far the best way to configure Eclipse so that it always uses
exactly what JVM you want it to.
