Refreshing the workbench toolbar ? [message #246666] Thu, 24 January 2008 05:48
Eclipse UserFriend
Hi all,

I have a question about actions and the main Eclipse toolbar I'm hoping
someone has experience dealing with. Thanks in advance.

I'm writing a plug-in that defines an action set with a number of actions in
it.
These actions are also added to the main Eclipse workbench toolbar. One of
the actions consists of a text label that may change depending on the
workspace state. If the text is bigger than the size allocated for the
toolbar, the whole button disappears. How can I get my action to force a
toolbar refresh after setting the text for the action ?

Regards,
Tracy Miranda
