http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/R-3.3.1. 1-200710231652/index.php
but if you have eclipse installed you already have the swt.jar in your
%ECLIPSE_HOME%/plugins/org.eclipse.swt.%VERSION%.jar
