I have a problem starting eclipse under Linux (Debian)

After I start eclipse I get the message

java.lang.Error: Not implemented
at java.nio.channels.FileChannelImpl.tryLock (FileChannelImpl.java:370)
at java.nio.channels.FileChannel.tryLock (FileChannel.java:281)
at org.eclipse.core.launcher.Main.isAlreadyRunning (Main.java:1444)
at org.eclipse.core.launcher.Main.main (Main.java:577)



Eclipse is NOT running yet.


Can somebody help me? (Its eclips 2.x and I have jave 1.4)
