RCP Patch 1 for 3.3.1 (3.3.1.v20071002_331) requires feature "org.eclipse.rcp [message #243327]

My eclipse version is

Version: 3.3.1.1
Build id: M20071023-1652

I don't mind installing this feature myself but I don't even know how to
find it. Is there a guide for installing features or is there an easier
way to fix this problem?

Hi Eric. You've probably already done this, but just in case. Make sure
the Europa Discovery Site is checked and press the Select Required
button. This is supposed to automatically include all required files.
