Have not seen a response to this, so here it comes once more.

I have noticed that sometimes when I import a project, that the import
fails with the error:

"error processing changed links in description file"

I get around this by checking out the .project file and then canceling the
checkout after the import (as there is no change). This only occurs on
Windows. The same import on UNIX works fine.

Does anyone know how to prevent this error from occurring?
