Generate Delegate Methods ignores public final methods [message #239110]

I'm trying to use Generate Delegate Methods. I find that the list of
methods to delegate to doesn't include public final methods, but does
include public non-final methods.

Is this a bug or a feature? This is with 3.2.1.
