beforeDrawLegendEntry(..) should provide the LegendRenderHint [message #234508]

the beforeDrawLegendEntry method in IChartEventHandler only gives access
to the label and the external context. To be consistent with the rest of
the api, I think we should also provide the LegendRenderHint object to
provide greater flexiblity for working with legend entries

This method is deprecated, use beforeDrawLegendItem(
LegendEntryRenderingHints, Bounds, IChartScriptContext) instead.
