WSDL Validation error on Regix Pattern [message #233530]

Hi,
In eclipse build id :200905282013 , I get error while validating a wsdl
:

InvalidRegex: Pattern value '[^-]{4}-[^-]{2}-[^-]{2}' is not a valid
regular expression. The reported error was: ''-' is an invalid character
range. Write '\-'.'.

In latest eclipse build id: M20080221-1800, there is no error for the same
wsdl during validation.

Was this a bug which was fixed in later releases ?
