I have a ScrollPane in which I insert a Layer with ToolbarLayout, in this Layer I add a FreeformLayer in which I inserted some Labels, the problem I get, is that when the FreeformLayer exceed the size of the ScrollPane, I did get scrollbars, but when I scroll with the scrollbar, the content in the ScrollPane (Labels in FreeformLayer) won't scroll, it remain fixed, although some Labels are visibly exceeds the width of ScroolPane.

What should I check? where is the error?
