Hmm, not an Eclipse question, but that's ok, I am working on Qt...

Qt Open Source
If you are on Windows like me I suggest you use MinGW. If on Linux, get
the necesary gcc tools.

If use Eclipse, you should install Qt, Qt Integration for Eclipse.
