I Cant Find BIRT New project menu [message #227159]

I just downloaded BIRT Report Designer Release Build: 2.2.0
( All-in-one Version) and unzip it completely.
But i can't see "BIRT New Project" in File->New->Project items (as
discussed in tutorial).
My OS is windows XP and no error encountered at runtime.
what is wrong ?

Does BIRT require are 5.0 JRE and are you using one? Trying running
with -clean -debug and look at the Error log view for clues...

You're probably generally better to ask BIRT questions on their specific
newsgroup: news://news.eclipse.org/eclipse.birt
