hi-
i have a long-running process which runs a new vm and is more or less
decorrelated from the workbench (expect it outputs to the debug console).
problem is that this process alters the workspace, especially the output
folders (cleaning them then building its own stuff) and i regularly get
errors because target resources seem locked (cannot be deleted).
is there a way to prevent this, or may i be missing something here ?
thanks for your help.

indeed. thats why id like to know if it is possible to programmatically
prevent eclipse from refreshing while this process has not returned. i
suppose here that this issue is caused by eclispe refreshment feature -
im not sure tho, whats certain however is that this lock is
unpredictible : it may happen, or not, and not always on the same resource.
thanks or your suggestion.
