Unfortunately, the view opens even if all problems have been filtered out.
In may case, I have the filter set to show only errors. The project has lots
of warnings (because I have the warning level turned really high) but no
errors.
If I save a source file after changing it, the Problems view pops up even
though there are no errors in the project - and therefore nothing visible in
the Problems list!
