It can depend upon the plug-in, but most commonly installing plug-ins is
a simple as unziping a zip file, placing the plug-ins and features in
their respective directories in your eclipse installation directory and
restarting Eclipse. Many plug-ins can also be installed using the
Update Manager, which is generally the preferred way to do it.
