Javadoc help disappears on restart [message #213312] Wed, 24 August 2005 20:02 Go to next message

Hi,

I have a jar file with J2EE api. I set its JavaDoc through going to
Project-Properties-Java BuildPath-Libraries.

All works well and I am able to see the JavaDoc by hitting F1 while placing
the cursor on some code.

However, when I close Eclipse (3.1final) and then open it, the connection
between the jar file and the JavaDoc disappears. I have to repeat the
procedure again.

Is there a way to make it remember it and not have to do it over and over?

Thanks,
Yaakov.

Open a bug report against JDT/Core with steps to reproduce.

It works for Eclipse 3.1 but seems to be a bug in MyEclipse...
See eclipse.newcomer newsgroup: "Javadoc for J2EE in Eclipse 3.1.0"
