I have contributed a submenu and action to the text editor's context menu.
I need a tool tip to the action so that when i move the mouse over the
menu item for the action, i should see the tool tip.
The eclipse helps says that the 'tooltip' attribute of the action element
in the plugin.xml works only for the actions in the menu toolbar.
Please tell me how can I acheive this functionality.
