Is it possible to determine the content of the context menu (right-click)
from the gmfgen file? If No, where can I decide the content of the context
menu?

I'm not sure what context menu you are referring to. If you are looking
for ways to customize the context menu of graphical elements in your
generated editor, look at part 3 of the GMF Mindmap tutorial:
