Hi,
At present, Buckminster maintains a "headless" feature that includes the
org.eclipse.team.svn.core plug-in. We do this because there's no way of
installing Subversive from your update site without bringing in a lot of
UI dependencies.

It would be great if you could make a "headless" feature available that
would contain the headless parts only (currently only the
org.eclipse.team.svn.core) and with headless requirements declared.
