So I was wildly excited to find this tutorial about customizing the
property sheet with radio buttons and checkboxes etc...WOW!!!

Except for right at top it said...."do not use with GMF 2.1"!!!!

Please tell me someone has the new tutorial somewhere....

Not yet.. You can checkout org.eclipse.gmf.graphdef.editor plugin from GMF
CVS - it contains some custom property sheet pages generated using "new way"
- and use it as an example...
