The 4.0.1 download link at

is broken:

Eclipse downloads - file unavailable

The selected file is invalid, or it is no longer available for download.

This happens when the file is part of a nightly or development build. If
so, please return to the project's home page and download a newer version.

I guess it depends on the mirror you're using since they take a while to
update. But it should be working now.

It still doesn't from all mirrors:

I get in the error log:
Error processing update site mirror. [The reference to entity "url" must
end with the ';' delimiter.]
(I think I reported this already) and
UpdateManagerUtils copy() at offset:4854777 [InputStream ended after
4854777 bytes (expected 8417993 )]

The downloading process never (successfully) finishes.

I use an automatically selected mirror and don't know how to change it.
Any idea?

According to the progress output the following mirror doesn not work:
[Germany] Innoopract Informationssysteme GmbH (http)
What's the contact address?

Can someone please check it to ensure that my Eclipse is not buggy?

This has been fixed recently. There was a bug in the site.xml file on
eclipse.org.

Look for the Bugs fixed in: 4.0.1.
