the 'org.eclipse.rap.demo.feature' isn't added to the rap.psf file, so it

Ensure that you have checked out the 'org.eclipse.rap.demo.feature' and not

Maybe try the CVS Repository Exploring perspective to find it. If you are
still not able to check out the complete project, please give us some more
hints for troubleshooting, since maybe not only the tutorial is missing - so
putting the tutorial into the wiki would not be the solution.
