RSE unable to run shell with [message #1864811]

If this question has been posted, please send me to the correct place. I am unable to link to the a remote Linux box, but running a shell gives me the error message.

Help is greatly appreciated.

Technically the parent project has its own forum, https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/f/9/ , but it's pretty low traffic by comparison. "RSE unable to run shell with" is the error message itself?

Hi, thank you for the reply, the error message exactly is

Message reported from file system: Error creating Terminal: channel is not opened

My eclipse version is 2022-03(4.23.0)
