Selecting Python as "interpreter " [message #1859634]

How do I option tab "interpreter' permanently ?

I am not sure , but I did selected "python" as interpreter before and have to select it again.
I do not see which button to push to see the results.
The instruction does not specify the button.
Also - the only usable button is "Debug" .
